Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be new, unused, and unopened.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at tlelacraw@gmail.com within the 7-day return period. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is included with your package. Please use the provided label when returning your eligible item.

Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
